Nel 1994 ebbi ospite una delegazione cubana, 4 ingegneri e 2 burocrati. Gli abiti erano démodé di circa 25 anni, ridicoli per chi guarda a queste cose. Al solito osservo il reiterarsi di situazioni di cui non andare fieri; in tutto ciò resta intatto lo struggente ricordo dell'ingegner Piño e dei suoi colleghi, un onore la loro conoscenza. Bella gente.
