1/250 f/4.2, ISO 125, hand held. Messina, Italy.

Hello Agatha. You're right, we all take jellyfish for granted that they're all stinging. It's not like that.
I have seen some of them in recent years, but only for two three years, at most, They arrive certain days, never in large numbers.
By size and colors are quite visible.
Also remain quite on the surface, advantage because they are visible, but at bathing height. Luck are harmless, however.
Thank you very much for your nice comment and congratulations.
A warm greeting.

You're right Gios apart from the beauty photographically talking about jellyfish in general and these in particular, their increase in our seas, as well as annoying, sometimes even painful, is related to our behaviors, I refer in particular to fishing and rising global temperatures, including that of our seas.
Fortunately in recent years there has been an increased sensitivity to the problem and although some damage is now under way, we hope in the future, although the changes are very slow and it will take years to see results in our new approach which must not therefore be waste time on occur.
Thank you so much for your comment and congratulations and thank you also for the reflectioncue
