As soon as I saw this beautiful photo I came out a Wuau Emme that magnificent meeting, then I was saddened to read your story but then watching the video of the dog and the fox returned to me smile, amazing how even a wild one makes you understand all its recognition few humans behave like this.

The encounter with a fox that looks you in the eye, does not fear you, knows that it can trust you, you do not have to chase her or photograph with powerful zooms.... it's there that shares with you that moment of life.... it's an experience I've had and I know you don't forget. You also made a great shot with a selective maf on that face but above all you wrote in the caption the right words what a fox would like to say that communicated to you ... but she unfortunately can't talk. A warm greeting. Magchus

Beautiful portrait to this fox.
He has a very tender look, looks at you confidently, but alertly.
Beautiful colors, beautiful setting.
Unfortunately also in Sicily, foxes are often poorly seen and until some time ago they were brutally "executed". I think it's a little diminished phenomenon, but I don't think it's gone.
They're very sympathetic to me, too. They belong to the canine family, so close to our pets who keep us very well.
When I meet them, it's always a pleasure to see them.
Congratulations for photos and caption, but above all for your sensitivity to the environment that leaks very often in your shots.
Hello
Sergio
