Ormai siamo in pieno esodo estivo, anche le strade intorno a Piazza del Duomo a Milano, specialmente nelle prime ore del mattino, prima che il sole bruci, sono quasi deserte. Spesso nelle mie scorribande armata di reflex, ho visto questo artista di strada, non mi sono mai fermata, perché era sempre intento a fare il ritratto a qualcuno. L'altra mattina, l'ho visto al suo solito posto, intento a fare qualche schizzo su un album: mi sono avvicinata, stava disegnando con bella mano, quello che lo circondava- Ho chiesto il permesso di fare una foto, mi ha fatto cenno di sì con la testa. Era immerso nei suoi pensieri, e forse già si chiedeva: "...ma verrà qualcuno a sedersi qui sotto il sole che fra poco brucerà anche le pietre?".
