@Sloweyes: thank you Slow :-) I had also noticed that vertical photos are more successful on the smartphone, while panoramic ones are appreciated by pCs, for obvious reasons. But the difference in feedback is palpable!
@Fausto: thank you, very kind :-)
@Roby: ... stay where? :-D Thank you!
@Simone: eheh, we Piedmontese call them "our mountains", without paying too much attention to the border :-D did you make these rides on horseback?

You're right... Even I happen to consider "my" the Roya Valley, the Mercantour, the Ubaye, the Queyras, without minding the border!
Here's the "my" Taillante...

Interesting composition and very "graphic" thanks to the skis of the headlights that you have been able to exploit. The milky arch is just as beautiful. Great for me, congratulations Ale.
Hello and have a good day.
Mauro

@AleR79: Thank you for your appreciation! :-)
@Mauro: Thank you very much :-) thinks that we had equipped ourselves in two friends to shoot while one of the two would have to drive the car to create the trail, but as we placed the tripods passed this car, the only one that crossed the highway throughout the evening, but we did in time to catch it 8-)
@Giovanni: you're really nice! :-) In fact it was one of the projects that gave me the most satisfaction, then the sky of the Lamb Hill is really top level 8-)

stunning! Can I ask you for shooting time (at least an "average")? Apart from merging the landscape, have you done a lot of post-production work?

hello Arnaldo, these are shots chased through the sky, 240s to iso 800 f3.2. In post there is a bit to work to join the sky with the landscape, being a chased shot, but still the bulk of the work is done by the software that composes the overview :-)

Magnificent image in every respect! It makes me want to buy the venus laowa 7.5mm! Congratulations Aleziggio and greetings, Massimiliano

@Massimiliano: Thank you for your appreciation! :-) However, if I can give you my opinion in terms of wide angles, I own both the Laowa 7.5 and the Zuiko 8mm fisheye and in my opinion the first is better for single shots and architecture, for panoramas instead the second at the end gives better results. That is, if you have to join more shots together with the fisheye I found that you get better files up to the edges and the panoramas are mounted more easily. In the link below you will find two pano taken with the Zuiko 8mm fisheye, judge for yourself. Greetings! :-)

In these photos the 8mm you straightened in the car or in PP? Not that it changes much, eh

@Arnaldo83 when you make such wide panoramas, composed of individual fisheye shots, we can no longer speak of straightness, because we are taking a large section of spherical surface and we are projecting it on a rectangular two-dimensional plane; there are different types of projection, cylindrical, stereographic, Mercator, equirectangular, each retains some characteristic and deforms or sacrifices other aspects, but making such an overview "straight" is not possible. In these specific cases I adopted a stereographic projection, which maintains good proportions throughout the frame. Sorry if I took a bit ' :-) Greetings!

Yes yes, I know the projections, I was referring to the fact that the Oly 8mm f/1.8 can be "corrected" both in the car and in PP: I was just curious about that!

@Arnaldo83 anyway, to mount the panoramas I did not straighten the shots, neither in the car, nor in PP, I mounted them as they are :-) Greetings!
