Quando ho notato queste rocce, il profilo in primo piano mi ha immediatamente ricordato il profilo di un Filosofo dell'antica Grecia, motivo per il quale vi ho associato una didascalia che parla proprio della loro scuola di pensiero, ovviamente come sempre dico che poi ognuno può avere una diversa "visione". Il primo pensatore a definirsi “filosofo” fu Pitagora, che usa l'allegoria del mercato. La vita è come una fiera: chi vende e chi compra, chi si diverte e chi meno, e poi chi osserva disinteressatamente. Questi ultimi sono i filosofi. In quest'ottica la filosofia è l'antesignana delle moderne scienze sociologiche, psicologiche e sociali. Non bisogna confondere la filosofia con una “cultura generale” intesa come “sapere molte cose”, perché il filosofo non si limita a usare la propria intelligenza, ma soprattutto deve sapersi stupire. Come con gli occhi di un bambino, il filosofo osserva, si meraviglia e capisce di essere dentro ad gioco misterioso di cui vuole capire le regole. Per Platone il mix di ginnastica – musica – scienze varie (tra cui matematica e geometria) fornisce la formazione, ma il vero filosofo è quello che emerge dalla celebre allegoria della caverna. Gli uomini sono come prigionieri in una caverna, nella quale vedono solo le ombre di ciò che accade fuori; tali ombre sono per loro la verità. E' necessario innalzarsi alla vera realtà. Il filosofo è come un prigioniero che riesce a liberarsi e vede la realtà vera, quindi dovrà “educare” i compagni su ciò che ha visto. Ci pensa Aristotele a dividere “filosofia teoretica” e “filosofia pratica”, quest'ultima concernente l'azione politica, la produzione e la tecnica. Sono i filosofi stessi che gettano le basi applicative delle proprie congetture. Nella nostra quotidianità personale e lavorativa l'atteggiamento filosofico deve pertanto indurre a evitare di dar le cose per scontate, ma soprattutto deve far uscire da “chiavi di lettura” della realtà fisse e sempre uguali. Guardando con curiosità il mondo e noi stessi potremo uscire dagli schemi inadeguati che, ripetuti all'infinito, producono l'insoddisfazione. L'idea non è del tipo “diventiamo tutti filosofi”, bensì quella di ritrovare un po' della propria naturale dimensione umana. Essa è fatta di stupore, di percezione, di apprendimento e di voglia di crescere, di inventare e di creare. C'è l'energia mai doma, la voglia di provarci.
