A Little Story sent on December 09, 2018 (23:08) by Paolo P. 104 comments, 1896 views. [retina]

Caustic.
as well as I appreciate you since I started attending your galleries.
As for China.... I lived there for almost 10 years and, really, I would have to tell.
Thanks Luca, have a nice day.

But what a beautiful portrait contrasts with a story that, once more, leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. Today nature and its products no longer interest anyone, they do not bring money, so they are left to themselves. Modern society has found other sources on which to profit. .. Congratulations for all Paul, photography and "ancient" sense of civilization! Hello. Simone.

A little note on cooking the Nutrie: For a law of 1959, still in force, in Italy Nutria is considered edible and to what I understand in some provinces of Veneto and Emilia there are restaurants that propose: sincerely hope not Having to eat them but with good odds are better than the rabbits bred in the intensive plants where they eat give them who knows what while feeding them in the wild, only eat the vegetables that are most appreciated...

Luciano, I have no doubt that it is edible, and, as you say, it is probably more "healthy" than many of the most common uses. In addition to this, my long stay in China allows me not to be surprised by anything.
a greeting.
