con Sigma 1.4x TC-1401, 1/1250 f/6.3, ISO 500, hand held. Khwai Community Trust, Botswana. Specie: Ephippiorhynchus senegalensis

#wild

Kill, who knows how long to digest a prey so :-D, excellent moment of healthy hunting with a beautiful light that gives three-dimensionality to the shot

Wow... what a mouthful :-o
With regard to the blade of grass, my gaze was immediately attracted by the beak and the gigantic fish so much that I have not noticed the blade of grass... and I thought.... what a fantastic shot ;-) :-P

In fact Fabio flavors are tastes I now for problems of time to do some shooting I have to go even in the shed, I understand that you at this time like the wild nature but still I have seen many photos of yours and made in safari with carcasses put to be human and them of nature there is very little, it does not take away that they are beautiful photos and I look willingly, then there is also shed and shed, a friend of mine did a beautiful shed where we go often and the other day had the first visit of the Green Woodpeckers I unfortunately was not there But it always remains thrilling did 2 shots and then looked at it open-mouthed, the world is beautiful because it is varied but at the end in the grip of the cabin or safari organized we all fall ;-)

And no Pelao... this won't pass you!!!!
I have never taken photographs of carcasses made by man (apart from that it is not even legal in African parks)... tastes are gusti...ma do not write nonsense please ;-)
I'm waiting for your apology...

I do not know what the legislation on the matter in the various African countries but no one takes the trouble to put carcasses, already have their good to do with poachers

Nice photo and interesting the controversy as well... ;-)
Dear Fabio, I-besides watching with pleasure your photos-I gladly read the comments you make, because normally are never trivial recurrences.
Sometimes there is some polemical k you could blunt, as you did well note Mark Valentini in case QS (and how you have honestly accepted).
I clone very little, x which I would not stare on the blade of grass; but who likes to do it, good job!
huge fish... I thought he couldn't make it.
Greetings.

Unfortunately in the savannah grows grass... and... there are no gardeners.... it's a pleasure to watch images so

The subject is for me quite new and the moment unique and very difficult to replicate.
I passed by controversy on publishing photos anything but perfect, not to say scarce (and yours are not really for nothing :-P), so I feel I repeat the answer I gave: When a photo describes a rare situation if not only the technique passes In the background.
also because, if we wanted to be picky, even the paws and the lower part of the frame are covered 8-)

From the blade of grass you have arrived at the carcasses, perhaps a little ' too far :-), returning to the blade of grass disturbs also because it is in the foreground, of course that could not move it and probably could not move even him (Fabio), but it is certainly not the apocalypse! I did many owls, covered with branches or foliage, the beauty of the Wild, sometimes instead I had the "luck" to find them in the open. The photo is beautiful, as well as the subject and the huge prey, see photos like that!

Photography is beautiful because it is taken in nature, nature is not perfect indeed, of course there is the blade of grass that I did not see immediately, but I do not think you could cut with scissors ne eh., of course the background is not all homogeneous and maybe the light is not excellent...
You know I tell you Fabio, next time bring a set with lamps and background to Doc and ask the subject that has to move more on the left...
or in Photoshop discount and put a nice background to Doc.
is nature.... we are the guests not the animals and they do what they want where they want.

Each photo should be assessed in the context in which it was taken. It is noteworthy to note, in this case, the originality of the shot, the author has not removed, so artifact that green veil on the right, but in my opinion does not bother, plus sign that indicates that the photograph is true and original.
