Better to drink Malvasia that does pass the taste of the usual sbobba, cassoeula every day, just can not cook a suckling pig on board? :-D

Hello Gianka every now and again I'm tired of writing right but complicated cassoeula from now on I'll write Cassola to Sarda because in my city make it often is a very ancient dish that we cooked from the Bronze Age then before the Lombard since Bosa There has always been a good day for all and all

Emme, granted the poetic license for Cassola!!! :-D
do not know the origins of Bosa, but it is not said that the Bosani today are direct descendants of those of the Bronze Age!!! :-/
