Panoramica ottenuta con l'unione di otto scatti verticali a mano libera. - Abu Dhabi: questa opera d'arte architettonica è una delle più grandi moschee al mondo, capace di ospitare 40.000 fedeli. È dotata di 80 cupole, circa 1.000 colonne, lampadari placcati d'oro a 24 carati e il tappeto annodato a mano più grande del mondo. La sala di preghiera principale è dominata da uno dei più grandi lampadari a bracci del mondo: 10 metri di diametro, 15 metri di altezza e oltre 9 tonnellate di peso. La prima cerimonia della moschea è stato il funerale dello Sceicco Zayed (da cui prende il nome la moschea), il cui corpo è stato sepolto qui. Vasche d'acqua riflettenti circondano la moschea, amplificandone la bellezza.
