Thanking all my Juza friends!

I would like to say that this was a really challenging situation and I had not dressed up in complete winter's clothing as I knew I would only be out for a few minutes (but it was still very very cold). The processing is not perfect but the best of my ability and the final result is SO much better than the original's difficult and often oddly coloured lighting.

It is also nice to post a pretty, colourful and positive looking effect of the snow, rather than just the gritty grey blizzard images we are all now familiar with.

Have a good Monday.

Politics in Italy, eh??!

Yes, Brian, I recently posted a vertical shot from similar position of orange dawn light on the building against a fabulous blue sky. Well observed!

Thanks also Ezio!

Bella Timk, is almost surreal ... the softness of the lines created by the snow and the angular roofs of the building ... the white, contrasted with bright colors ...

The light that creates the environment is very impressive and the colors are beautiful. Very good.

SO many more lovely and positive comments! For which I thank everyone.

I have an idea. I did also take a couple at 10mm, where the coloured lights and Boathouse become much smaller, but includes a lot of the huge sweeping tree and more foreground snow. I might try a black and white conversion - I think it could work.

Thanks again, people!
