L'ospedale dello Spirito Santo (Heilig-Geist-Spital) in Norimberga, era l'ospedale più grande in Norimberga fra il 1424 e il 1796. Fu costruito in parte sul letto del fiume Pegnitz e in parte sull'isolotto alle sue spalle, fra il 1332 e il 1339. Nel 1489 fu ulteriormente ampliato e nel 1511-1527 fu terminato con delle costruzioni che ancora oggi forniscono le caratteristiche somatiche dell'edificio. Fra il 1944 e il 1945 fu quasi completamente distrutto, vi rimasero sole le mura perimetrali e la parte delle arcate sul fiume. La ricostruzione avvenne fra il 1951 ed il 1953. L' Heilig-Geist-Spital viene oggigiorno usato come ospizio per gli anziani. Le stanze immediatamente adiacenti alle arcate ospitano anche un ristorante.
