Lo so che qui è OT, però mi piacerebbe avere qualche fonte in merito. Io abito li e sopratutto ho partecipato al piano dei ricostruzioni per gli incendi del 2017, parlando con decine di persone coinvolte nei fatti. Mai sentita una storia simile. Per cui resta salvo il fatto che siano personaggi abietti che fanno danni immensi per motivi ingiustificabili, ma non per ricevere fondi diretti.
