Sullo storico ponte di Praha (PONTE CARLO), uno dei punti cardini della bellissima città, ci sono diverse leggende ve ne elenco alcune: La prima leggenda racconta che Carlo IV ha voluto che la prima pietra del ponte fosse posata il 9 luglio del 1357 alle 5 e 31 in modo che la data di inizio dei lavori creasse la sequenza 1-3-5-7-9-7-5-3-1, un numero bifronte considerato fortunato. La seconda leggenda racconta che per costruire un ponte solido e capace di resistere alle piene violente della Moldava, le pietre siano state unite aggiungendo anche i tuorli di migliaia di uova fatte arrivare da tutto il regno. Recenti prove di laboratorio hanno confermato la presenza dell'uovo e di altri elementi organici all'interno del ponte. La terza leggenda, la più affascinante, racconta che di notte, quando la folla dei turisti e dei venditori finalmente si ritira, l e statue si animino e, soprattutto, amino farlo quando sulla vicina Isola di Kampa nasce un bambino.
