Ieri, alle sette del mattino in una piazza Cordusio deserta, questo signore, ha preso una bicicletta del Comune a nolo, e dopo, aver preso il giornale all'edicola, mi ha detto: "Non ne posso più di stare in casa per il gran caldo, sono uscito per disperazione, e spero di godere almeno un'oretta di fresco facendo un giro".
