I mulini di Piero sono costruzioni tipicamente montane, costruite con roccia e legno locale, e dove le tradizioni sopravvivono grazie ai suoi abitanti e ad un lavoro recentissimo di ristrutturazione: i mulini erano tre, uno macinava i cereali, un altro schiacciava i semi oleosi ed un terzo attivava una segheria. Piero è situato in alta Val Veddasca, sulle pendici del Monte Lema. Scatto del Maggio 2017.

Unfortunately, Andrea, these mills have been restored, but they are not working due to the absolutely out-of-the-way position they are in. They are used for educational purposes and are visited by tourists and, above all, schoolchildren.
