La scogliera è uno degli ambienti marini più emozionanti per la pesca. L'immensità del mare, l'occhio che si perde all'orizzonte, il profumo tipico della salsedine che bagna le rocce, il suono continuo dello scrosciare delle acque. Sono prese d'assalto da pescatori esperti e non, che si cimentano nella pesca alla bolognese. In molti casi si tratta di battute di pesca “a tutto ciò che capita”. L'emozione della cattura si consuma nel fremito dell'animale catturato che sale su per la canna. E la morte del pesce sembra meno crudele perché silenziosa.
