La pigiatura a "pedale"  era una rappresentazione realistica ma pur sempre per fare spettacolo. Infatti vedi, dietro alle ragazze, una rete metallica che è fra il brutto e l'orrendo. Il resto delle modernità sono riuscito ad escluderle ed ecco che, tutto sommato, l'atmosfera c'è. Una di loro mi ha odiato perché indossava gli occhiali da sole e glieli ho fatti togliere
