Tra il 1708 e il 1715 fu allestita la nuova camera da letto di Maria Giovanna Battista. Il programma decorativo comprende le quattro sovrapporte con le allegorie di Autorità, Bontà, Fedeltà e, forse, Carità. La sovracaminiera in legno intagliato con il ritratto di Carlo Emanuele II, eseguita nel 1688-1889 da Cesare Neurone, proviene dal vecchio appartamento della duchessa. La sala è arredata con dipinti e mobili che suggeriscono, sulla base dei documenti, l'antico apparato della sala, oggi perduto.
