Scatto in manuale e molto spesso sbaglio, il fatto di tagliare i fiori sono d'accordo anche io...odio i soggetti tagliati e non ripresi del tutto, ma se ricordo bene quei fiori arrivavano molto più giù e non avevo la possibilità di indietreggiare o muovermi (pensate che avevo un tipo che mi stava sopra la testa a fotografare, altre 20 persone in torno e io che ci mancava poco che cadevo in acqua in quanto a sinistra avevo un ponte e dove stavo accucciata era tutto in discesa..una posizione non proprio comoda!!!). Per il fatto della sovraesposizione, ho un problema, nel senso che tempi addietro facevo tutto sottoesposto, ora voglio fare il contrario...magari spingendomi dalla parte opposta un giorno riuscirà ad uscire la luce perfetta  Per il fatto della sovraesposizione probabile che mi sono spiegata male: volevo intendere che se abbassavo gli iso era troppo scura ( e ricordo benissimo!) quindi ho deciso 400, forse dovevo chiudere il diaframma che sicuro sarebbe venuta meno sovraesposta e con una messa a fuoco migliore, il tempo in realtà è stato l'ultimo elemento a cui ho fatto caso, in quanto bho forse ero pressata dalle persone intorno, e ed ero veramente in bilico, e poi quella fotocamera con quell'obiettivo pesano veramente tanto (bhe ovvio rispetto a cio che avevo prima!) e il mio braccio non era molto affidabile!!!
Cmq grazie a tutti per i mille consigli...probabilmente devo pensarci un pò di più quando scatto 
e cmq si è l'oasi di Ninfa!!!! Se vi capita andateci che è stupenda

Silvia trovo anch'io che gli unici fiori "fastidiosi" siano quelli all'estrema sx che sono perfettamente a fuoco e rovinano l'effetto che hai creato (con una teorica errata gestione del diaframma) nella parte centrale dell'immagine con il fuori fuoco che si mescola ai fiori perfettamente a fuoco. I toni sono eccellenti e hai saputo creare un bellissimo quadro.
Se posso entrare nel tecnico ti suggerirei (se non l'hai ancora fatto) di valutare per bene l'esposimetro della 70D in maniera semplice ma efficace: trova una scena standard con luce non troppo contrastata, un qualsiasi parchetto o strada con negozi va bene basta abbia colori contrastati, magari alle 9 o alle 19 per evitare luci troppo dure. Iso base (100 credo sulla 70d) f8 priorità di diaframmi (quindi l'esposimetro ti calcola il tempo di scatto) e scatti.
A questo punto guardi l'istogramma e vedrai che a destra hai sicuramente spazio... compensi l'esposizione di +1/3 , scatti e vedi dove sei finita con l'istogramma; riprovi con +2/3.
La prova va fatta con le 4 modalità di misurazione dell'esposizione della tua macchina tenendo nota, magari su un foglietto, del punto centrale su cui ha misurato l'esposizione. L'ideale sarebbe usare un cavalletto o una base d'appoggio per scattare sempre lo stesso soggetto.
Se hai tempo e vuoi fare le cose per bene dovresti fare la stessa prova con luci più dure, tipiche delle ore centrali estive.
In questo modo quando torni a casa e ti guardi gli scatti sul PC puoi valutare con calma come lavora l'esposimetro sulla tua macchina che probabilmente sottoesporrà almeno di 1/3. Inoltre potrai valutare le differenze di risultato per le 4 modalità di misurazione (valutativa, parziale, spot, media pesata al centro)
Ora potrai settare la compensazione più adatta (secondo me +1/3 dovrebbe andare bene da quel poco che ho visto su una 60d) e mantenerla fissa o quasi per tutti i tuoi scatti sapendo che l'istogramma andrà a destra ma non dovresti bruciare le alte luci (per questo suggerivo di fare la stessa prova con luci più dure).
