A volte si criticano gli interventi in post produzione come esagerati. Beh, il B&N è quello più radicale perché trasforma totalmente l'immagine reale in una sorta di immagine ideale, dove la nostra fantasia e personale gusto estetico vanno a riempire tutto quel non colore racchiuso fra i due estremi, che però quasi accettiamo come naturale. Sarà forse perché la fotografia è nata in B&N che siamo più concilianti con questa tecnica e meno coi colori saturi o altri fantasiosi viraggi. Personalmente, essendo un vecchio fotoamatore che ha stampato molto in B&N, amo il colore, perché mi piace anche piegare la realtà alle tonalità che meglio descrivono l'atmosfera che l'immagine mi suggerisce e mi ispiro come fossi un pittore davanti ad una tela. Dalle carte ricche di grigi a quelle ad alto contrasto, il B&N giocava solo su queste opzioni..la sua grande forza l'esaltazione dei contenuti e la drammaticità che riesce ad esprimere suggestionandoci.
Tornando alla foto in questione, che non ha contenuti se non quelli estetici, il colore descrive esattamente la bellezza straordinaria di questo cielo, il B&N ne da solo un'interpretazione fotografica alla vecchia maniera.
Ovvio che tutte le opinioni sono valide e, quando si tratta di gusti soggettivi i discorsi stanno a zero.
