una volta si poteva scendere anche di più, ma i gondolieri si sono impossessati della riva per imbarcare le persone nelle gondole durante i loro giri turistici, facendo costruire un pontiletto in legno, "eliminando" gli scalini che scendevano vero l'acqua, manco avessero bisogno di un altro punto di imbarco......
