#Riflessi L'elegante palazzo costruito in stile neoclassico custodisce l'impianto idrovoro costruito dall'ingegner Cesare de Lotto nel 1853 per il prosciugamento del Consorzio Campagna Vecchia Inferiore a mezzo di ruote idrofore mosse da macchine a vapore: siamo all'epoca delle prime bonifiche, in parte fatte col duro lavoro degli "scariolanti". Alla chiusura dell'idrovora, avvenuta nel 1992, è seguito un inevitabile degrado, finché nel 1997 il direttore della cooperativa Turismo e Cultura propose al Consorzio di Bonifica Polesine Adige Canalbianco la riutilizzazione dell'edificio trasformandolo nel 2001 in un centro polivalente ospitante un Museo della storia della civiltà delle acque (il "Septem Mària Museum", cioè il museo dei "Sette Mari" denominazione data al Polesine dallo storico Plinio il Vechio"), un laboratorio per ricerche di ingegneria naturalistica, un centro convegni, un ufficio informazioni turistiche e l'Ostello Amolara per accogliere i visitatori della città di Adria e del Delta del Po.
