FOLIGNO 12 06 2015 - Quintana 2015 - Giostra della sfida Ispirata ad una antica competizione a cavallo risalente al XVII secolo, viene riproposta in due distinti edizioni annuali: a giugno, si svolge in notturna la Giostra della Sfida e, a settembre, la diurna Giostra della Rivincita. La corsa all'anello richiama all'appello i dieci rioni della città che, gareggiando a cavallo, devono riuscire a infilare con una lancia anelli sempre più piccoli, sospesi al braccio di una statua raffigurante il "Dio Marte".Al "campo de li giochi", al cavaliere del rione che vincerà, sarà donato il palio dipinto ogni anno da un noto artista.
