Se tu hai impostato f22 e l'esposimetro ti da 1,3 secondi per una corretta esposizione, se aumenti il tempo di scatto l'immagine diventerà sovraesposta. Significa che la luce ambiente è superiore a quella della mia immagine. Tieni presente che il sole era già tramontato oltre la valle. Se la luminosità ambientale è superiore, l'unico modo che hai per allungare i tempi è quello di montare un filtro ND davanti all'obiettivo. Gli ND sono dei filtri ottici neutri che si limitano a trattenere una certa quantità di luce.
In queste situazioni devi anche tenere conto di un altro aspetto importante che è la diffrazione. Tutti gli obiettivi, danno il miglior risultato in nitidezza a diaframmi intermedi, quindi da f8 a f11. Se imposti f22 la nitidezza dell'immagine diminuisce a causa della diffrazione. (come avviene in modo evidente con il foro stenopeico)
Quindi riassumendo, in queste situazioni è consigliato l'uso dei filtri ND.
Purtroppo quel giorno non li avevo dietro e mi sono arrangiato chiudendo a f18
