Il titolo della foto rimanda alla parola che dal dialetto piemontese si traduce nel termine Italiano '' casotto '' o casa di piccole dimensioni. Queste piccole strutture sono molto tipiche nel panorama piemontese ( specialmente nelle Langhe, Monferrato e Roero ) e sono dunque ben visibili nei vigneti , e talvolta all'interno di terreni adibiti a scopi agricoli o forestali ( come campi e talvolta boschi ). Questi edifici risalenti per lo più alla fine del 1800 quando non vi eran ancora macchine agricole in grado di velocizzare spostamenti e lavori, nacquero inizialmente per scopi prettamente legati all' agricoltura ( come ad esempio il rimessaggio degli attrezzi manuali atti alle lavorazioni della terra ) per poi diventare frutto di un insieme di necessità come ad esempio luogo di riparo dai cambiamenti atmosferici dove poter talvolta riposare durante i periodi di intenso lavoro. Alcuni di essi nacquero anche con l' esigenza di avere un presidio all' interno dei propri possedimenti agricoli durante i periodi più intensi permettendo talvolta lo sviluppo di strutture più ''elaborate'' a più piani. Negli anni l'utilizzo dei Ciabòt è stato man mano abbandonato per via della comparsa e sviluppo delle sopracitate macchine agricole, riducendo anche il bisogno di avere una rimessa per gli attrezzi. Ad oggi la maggior parte dei '' casotti '' che si trovano nelle mie zone nonostante siano ancora ben visibili nelle campagne, risultano essere in stato di abbandono anche se alcuni resistono ancora alla modernità del ventunesimo secolo. #drone #fotoaerea
