In questo breve video vi mostro un fenomeno molto particolare in cui mi sono imbattuto un paio di anni fa durante una sessione di macrofotografia. Infatti, quando stavo effettuando la messa a fuoco sull'ala di una piccola farfalla, ho notato una goccia di rugiada più grande della altre in cui erano rimaste imprigionate alcune delle minuscole scaglie presenti sulle ali della farfalla. L'aspetto incredibile (che non avevo mai visto prima e non mi è più capitato di vedere dopo quel giorno) è che quella piccola goccia si muoveva continuamente con piccole e brevi rotazioni in diverse direzioni. Credo si tratti di qualcosa riconducibile al cosiddetto "effetto loto" e che i movimenti fossero dovuti a cariche elettrostatiche. La natura non smette mai di stupire anche nelle sue forme più piccole ed invisibili.
