Even on FF format few, very few lenses are able to return similar results. The autofocus is not lightning-fast, but absolutely in line with the speed and performance of proprietary optics. Someone I read turned up their noses at the weight and size...... which, however, I guarantee you, remain absolutely "manageable", nothing that you cannot take with you. With the reflex I often carry with me the 80 200 2.8 afs Nikkor which in my opinion has splendid colors and blur...... here... that one there, in terms of weight and dimensions, becomes really challenging!

I had some problems with the focusing, sometimes they didn't contact the pins well and you had to re-engage it to make it resume. For the rest, in terms of image quality we are on very high standards. Too bad only for the minimum focusing distance which limits its use a lot; I didn't need it to be a macro as well, but a little less would not have hurt. All in all, for the price, you take home a nice piece of glass and you can overlook some shortcomings of a minor nature, in the face of superb build quality and image.

The hesitations I had disappeared completely once I took it in hand and tried. At the price of about 600 euros you come into possession of a lens that amazes for several reasons starting from a fast and performing AF even at 1.2 low light on X-T5, passing through the wr to get to a really Pro construction from all points of view. The rings are perfect without the slightest hesitation, in short, you have the real feeling of a nice leap in quality like the best Fuji. Brava Viltrox, recommended purchase.
