Pros: Very sharp at intermediate apertures, Diaphragm excellent for night shots, Good blurred for macro.

Cons: Ring for focusing too wide, Distortions of light sources with fully open aperture.

Opinion: I bought this lens to pair with the Canon 100D and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. It gives shots of a sharpness that not even the Canon brand lenses have been able to offer me (I own the classic EF18-55 is-stm and EF10-18 Is-stm). The ability to open the aperture up to F/2 allowed me to bring out good if not distinct results in the shots portraying the Milky Way. The only two weak points I found are, the distortion of the point light sources (street lamps and cross-shaped stars) on the sides of the frame with the maximum aperture and the focus ring that in my opinion is too wide and therefore easy to move inadvertently while you are framing, so much so that more than once I had to hold the lens from the diaphragm ring to avoid altering the mass in focus.

Pros: Also sharp at f2, very sharp from f2.8 to f8. Excellent color yield. It's almost like it's able to decrease noise at high ISOs. With a minimum focus distance of 20 cm it has good magnification capabilities (I think it's 0.2X), however the macros are great.

Cons: The manual focus and also the choice of the correct exposure is problematic at least on the Canon EOS 7DMkII. In the backlight it is easy to have flare.

Opinion: The focus on infinity is fine from 11 meters onwards, but the position of the arrow of the head toe ring is not exactly on the infinite sign, I think for every make and model camera must be looked for, then it is always that (you could put u n small sign p.es. white or take advantage of the signs that already are there). When you stop the cursor on infinity it actually focuses at 3.2 meters. The infinite focus is just over at sign 4 for my machine. The focus should be done with The Live View, it zooms in 5x or 10x and you are looking for the best focus. For macro photos, it is best to approach/move the camera closer to or out after choosing the distance. For proper exposure with the Canon EOS 7DMkII machine it is better to go to the exposure control and in the "Adjustment" function put "ISO". This allows the machine to automatically look for the correct ISO value for standard exposure once the exposure time is empirically chosen. Or you put the selection dial on M and look from the eyepiece you try to put the exposure control cursor in the middle position (the vertical dotted line that you see on the right side). If we are with the selection dial on P the machine not being able to understand which optics is mounted does not go below 1/125 of a second, so if we want longer times we have to select them by moving the selection dial on TV. Freehand personally I do not go more than 1/25 of a second. Despite these precautions, sometimes the machine still misses the exposure. So it's not an easy lens to use. In my opinion the canon EOS 7DMkII pairing and this lens is great (as also noted on DxO) and it is worth missing some time to get nice photos. Also it was a surprise to me to note the cleanliness/sharpness of the files obtained, as a result at high ISO the noise corrects more easily. (see example: https://www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=3256011&l=it). I would say that to get clean/sharp files and with saturated colors (even without or with little post-production) this is the best lens for my 7D. What vote should I give to this goal? Since it does not have the autofocus I should give a low rating, but I believe that those who buy goals with manual focus know the difficulties they will encounter and therefore look only at optical quality, solidity, price: vote 10.

Pros: Excellent focal with my D5300 Nikon.Senza doubt bright lens and excellent qualità.In right format lens is a 24mm, excellent yield for landscapes, macro and photos of monuments.

Cons: Hood a little uncomfortable with tappo.Nessuno.

Opinion: After purchasing a 85- 1.4 of Samyang for portraits, I had the need to support both my sigma 50mm ex dg macro a macro lens though for details and with this aim I trovato.rnGrazie JuzaPhoto I could compare shots by fishaye and wide angle and no doubt I found the right balance in 16mm for photos of several monuments (for other use the classic Nikon 35mm f 1.8. G) and something not too pushed for the fisheye (I always have to be included in an additional 00:35 35 ) .I was surprised by the quality of the photos, very sharp and clear.

Pros: Focal length 24mm equivalent on APS-C, good maximum aperture, manual focus simple, cost and above all value for money

Cons: Aperture ring with little grip, size, slight vignetting at TA, flare.

Opinion: Great goal, delicious and maximum focal aperture. I paid, new, 400 euro, shipping included, and at that price is really a bargain. The focus is simple, the aperture ring is sufficiently hard to prevent to change the aperture to the case but has little grip, so you have to move carefully. I took it for use on Fuji XT1 and the qualitative response is very good, just the size a bit too big for a mirrorless, never mind. If it was metal, it would be really a lens lady. Still have not exploited to the maximum but the first tests are positive .. with f2 has a slight vignetting, distortion is minimal and easily recoverable in postproduction. The flare is quite annoying when the light is intense, like the setting sun, at night I still have not found. I give him an 8 .. but only because for the 10 need a little more .. greater brightness, AF, metal construction for example .. but worth much more in Flash, pis; than it costs.
