Pros: Intuitive, white balance, mixed flash management, solidity, swivel display, highly efficient cleaning and effective stabilization, a not too crowded menu, the ability to have the main settings immediately visible, the ability to set focus corrections for single goal, even by serial number!

Cons: sensitivity noise from 400 iso in blacks even if acceptable up to 1600 (for those like me coming from the film) and even good if in daylight conditions up to 3200 iso.

Opinion: I owned E1 (2) E3 (1) E5 (2) E-M1 (1) Nikon D200 (1) I handled D100, D700, D750, Eos D5 markII. The e-m1 can not compare it to the E5. Okay, the sensor is far superior (just for pixels and noise, absolutely not on the colors), but it is not at all on the software and the true pic motor, but the E5 is another eye sighted by the professional . Pros: Massive, easy-to-use-style Olympus. I never looked at the instructions and learned simply everything, so it is intuitive. It holds well, because it's pretty heavy. Pros: JPG and RAW fine until 1600ISO, practically free from the need to post. Good to 3200ISO. Excellent sealing and overall robustness. Great 3 "display, much better than E-3. Merry AF-C autofocus better than the E-3. WB AUTO practically perfect in every condition. Outstanding objectives ZUIKO DIGITAL. Grana digital evident over 3200ISO but this is great for the B / N!

Cons: Do you want to get to 25.000ISO? Check with your machines Full Frame and not to the system 4/3 ........... Known only up to 3-4 years ago were great pictures reaching a maximum at 1600ISO and I have yet to see some beautiful pictures taken at 25.000ISO ........

Opinion: After the E-3 with which I took off a lot of satisfaction, I bought the E-5 and I am fully satisfied.
