I liked the 100-400 for versatility but I didn't seem to get a lot of keeper shots with it. I choose this lens for the weight and price. I backpack a lot and need a lens of this length for nature shots without a lot of weight. I have been very satisfied with this lens so far I have taken very good macro shots in my wifes flower bed and great sport shots at my Granddaughters soccer games. I would recommend this lens to Juza followers.
