Nicola Vernizzi è nato a Parma nel '66. Lavora prima come illustratore, poi come scultore e decoratore, fino ad approdare al tatuaggio, attività che svolge dal 92. La fotocamera lo ha sempre accompagnato durante questo cammino artistico. Occasioni speciali per fotografare sono i suoi numerosi viaggi, specialmente in Oriente.
Nicola considera la fotografia una forma d'arte avventurosa e come tale la vive.
