DJI Mavic 3 Cine Pros: Micro 4/3 Camera - Cinetone, 4.2.2 and internal SSD for video. Cons: Price and 7x non-performing camera Opinion: Surely the biggest deterrent to buying this drone is its price. To the question "is the price justified by the performance" I do not have a dry answer. It depends on what you have to do with it. Surely for professional use it is a great product, for amateur use it depends on your personal needs and especially pockets. PHOTO SIDE - I must say that still does not give the best of itself, despite several updates, the 7x camera has disappointed me a bit. The micro 4/3 instead returns very good files and with very faithful and slightly saturated colors. It still lacks a bit of detail, probably the 2pro despite the smaller sensor, had more. It recovers a lot both in the lights and in the shadows, without particular noises (do not expect a miracle though). VIDEO SIDE - Superb! Cinetone is 4.2.2 return a very workable file and with beautiful colors. It's definitely my technical limit, but recording at 1/50 and 25 fps, I notice a bit of jerkiness of the shot. In days the Mavic 3 pro will be released ... I am very curious. sent on April 10, 2023 |
Sony FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS Pros: It is a G Master and you can see it, sharp even at full opening. Great Auto Focus. Cons: Adjusting the fire is too sensitive, difficult to use with multiplier. There's no lens block. Opinion: It's my first extreme zoom, although I own the 70/200 and I don't use it for birds but for landscape. The quality of the optics is excellent but I have some difficulty in focusing, especially at night. The focus ring is too sensitive, I would have liked it a little longer (I don't know if it's the right term). The difficulty of focus is amplified with the 2x especially at 800mm. Very comfortable the wheel that allows you to switch from horizontal to vertical shot (but this I think all zooms). To finish without the lens block I often find it that stretches alone with weight. sent on September 28, 2020 |
Sony FE 20mm f/1.8 G Pros: Light, sharp, bright, distortion-free. Cons: No one at the moment. It may seem annoying the internal movement when the machine is off. But I was already aware of it. Opinion: I was very undecided whether to take the 24mm GMaster or this new 20mm G, since everyone hays the 24 as one of the best sony lenses, but I wanted to take a risk. The main purpose was (and is) to have a light lens, almost a whole do, that would replace the 1635gm. Did he do it? Still it is too early to say but I definitely found a lens that allows me to travel light and comfortable. In the first home tests I did it seemed brighter at the same focal point, although to be honest it is almost a 19 mm (I have to check it accurately). I tried freehand street shots and I have to say that the drooping lines were perfectly aligned, no distortion or correction to do. Flare? a little bit in backlight conditions, but beautiful star. For the stars, it's not quite ideal, at 15 seconds, the stars have already come to me crawling. However I used it in suboptimal light conditions, so I will update the review (if you talk about it in 2021 I know). I'll update you soon on new sensations of this lens.
