Il percorso artistico di Luigi Nigro, nato a Perugia nel 1984, inizia come percussionista e batterista. Dai primi anni del 2000 e? membro attivo dell'associazione "Laboratorio Musicale Fuoritempo" di Perugia. Un ambiente, quello dell'associazione, che gli permette di entrare in contatto con molti musicisti e artisti e che lo stimola ad esplorare altre forme di espressione creativa come la fotografia e la regia di videoclip musicali per alcune band della scena underground italiana.
Fonte di ispirazione per la sua creativita? sono anche i numerosi viaggi negli Stati Uniti, compiuti a partire dal 1992 durante i quali il suo obbiettivo fotografico diventa strumento di espressione antropologica di realta? ricche di contraddizioni.
