genesis_abt_kitGenesis ABT Kit

Pros: Price, finishes, head quality, weight, carrying bag

Cons: Stability 4a Leg section, the declared range is exaggerated

Opinion: I decided to purchase this tripod by reading the reviews of this brand here on Juza. The tripod is not even comparable with the Chinese products sold at the same price: the stability is there if we do not extend all the sections of the tripod or we mount unmanageable weights; The finishes are very good with nice and comfortable knobs, unhooking well-functioning legs and excellent equipment that includes keys for maintenance, bag for cheap but well padded and short column! The quality of the head was pleasantly surprised: Ben Frizionabile remains very stable even with unbalanced telephoto lenses. Then it has no framing games typical of the economic heads, but you have to pay attention in unlocking the head just enough without unscrewing exaggeratedly. If you are looking for a very inexpensive tripod this remains a great choice!

pentacon_135_f2-8Pentacon 135mm f/2.8

Pros: Contrast, price, blurry

Cons: Integrated hood, MF ring too frustrated

Opinion: I have the multi-coated auto version. The lens is very sharp and contrasted, it can be used with strong side lights without creating artifacts. On micro4 / 3 the focal length is rather long, but with the stabilization in the car and the small optic weight, it remains easy to use. The focus ring has remained rather stiff, even after careful scrap helium maintenance. Fortunately it's fluid and long so it's still nice to use even on a free hand. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good 135mm bright, hard to expect better for the price it is sold.

chinon_auto55Chinon Auto MC 55mm f/1.4

Pros: Quality at the core, value for money, fluidity focus ring

Cons: Excessively veiled in TA, no resistance to flare, unusable backlit

Opinion: Using the lens of Olympus OMD EM10 that only uses the center portion of the lens. The optic is a little unbalanced on the body but allows for a very firm grip and is not uncomfortable. The color rendering is excellent but the lights must be controlled because any lateral light source is immediately degrading the image.
