Paysages Sauvages et villages du Cantal Et D'aveyron

L'alvernia un territorio selvaggio lontano dalle grandi carovane turistiche..che non conoscevo affatto ma che mi ha colpito moltissimo per suoi grandi scenari di montagna le grandi vallate verdi e gli interessantissimi villaggi di pietra medioevali...anche qui notevoli i prodotti della sua campagna dai buonissimi formaggi tra cui il cantal salers alle lenticchie di puy en valey alle graziose mucche salers e aubrac.. Qui ho sostato 4 giorni ospite della splendida chambre d'hotes La Roussiere a 1000 m di altezza isolati da tutto..dove ho potuto degustare l'ottima cucina dei due proprietari Cristian e Brigitte. http://www.laroussiere.fr/fr/index.php La galleria è dedicata ai paesaggi selvaggi dei dipartimenti confinanti del Cantal (Alvernia) e dell'Aveyron (Midi Pirenee).
