![]() | Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III RXD Pros: Efficient and quiet autofocus, sharpness, value for money Cons: Considering the price and the category of which it is part, I would say none. In an absolute sense maybe those 4 mm on the wide angle that you sometimes miss. Opinion: A beautiful lens, practical and multipurpose (and we would miss it, is a zoom 28-75 2.8..). In general very good image quality. What does not drive me crazy is the ring of manual fire, I would prefer that there was more step between this and the plastic of the barrel, it would certainly be more ergonomic, plus it is really "tight", otherwise it flows quite well. As for the AF, however, nothing really to criticize, it's really good, at least on a7iii. One flaw of my specimen(?) is that over time, the use of zooming (in practice a "vacuum cleaner effect" can bring in tiny grains of dust from the bayonet side that settle on the back of the 2nd front lens. I solved by dismantling the front lenses and cleaning them, but of course you have to be very careful especially if you are not familiar, in that case better to bring it into assistance. For this reason I recommend avoiding using the zoom dial if the lens does not have a rear cap or if it is not mounted on the machine. sent on July 12, 2020 |
