![]() | Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC Pros: Versatility, portability, cost / quality ratio Cons: the focus speed, stabilizer (sometimes) inaccurate Opinion: I state that I am a beginner, so I have not (yet) the sensitivity to evaluate the finest technical details. I purchased it to have a handyman to take me around, after noting that even in fairly normal situations the Nikon 55-300 was too long and 18-55 in kit was too corto.rnPagato € 180 when new, l ' I intentionally used as a single lens for all holidays (giving up to 35 and 55-300). As far as I can assess it's a great all-rounder, you mount it once and do not pull it further down, light enough to be easy to handle (light is not a feather, but there is) .rnIo I can only compare it with the lenses I already have, and clearly is a bit 'less immediate nell'autofocus than the Nikkor 55-300. I noticed (I do not know if I'm the only one) that sometimes the viewfinder image "snaps", and moving and reconnect; it would seem a defect of the stabilizer (so far I can not go wrong and it's not a fault of my only) .rnNelOverall a good lens that keep whipped "by default" when I do not have specific a priori requirements. sent on September 22, 2016 |
