tamron_sp35_f1-8vcTamron SP 35mm f/1.8 Di VC USD

Pros: Colours, construction, tropicalization

Cons: MAF, sharpness, price, low stabilization.

Opinion: Bought it online, so I could make it (luckily!!!). I liked the rendition of the colors (beautiful warm), the construction (beautiful solid) and the tropicalization. For the rest, on my 5d Mark II, it was disappointing. On a dozen consecutive shots, to the same subject, with the same shot (machine put on tripod) only a couple of photos were acceptable. Or suffered from back focus or front focus. It cannot be adjusted even with the AF micro adjustment since it was not a constant problem. Sharpness: My 16-35 2.8 L Mark I (known for its poor definition) does better. Stabilization: Frankly if I descended under the twentieth of a second was noticed already of the blur, then I assume it is a max stabilization of 1 stop (with the Canon 35 IS also arriving at 1/5 second exposure). Price so expensive. Conclusion: Do not buy it, Costa, is not detailed, MAF not at all precise. In the end I opted for the Canon 35 F/2 is, which is cheaper, has a decidedly higher stabilization, and is a blade already at T.A.; Yes, it won't be weather sealed, but for what I have to do, it's more than good.

canon_20-35Canon EF 20-35mm f/3.5-4.5 USM

Pros: sharpness, lightness, contained distortion, compact (does not lengthen zooming), distance window

Cons: flares, diaphragm opening not constant and also slightly dark

Opinion: I didn't even know about the existence of this goal. One day browsing the bay I jumped out of this lens, so I looked at the other few reviews here on Juza and decided to take it. The lens has a plastic body (but metal Bayonet) but it's all pretty solid, which conveys a feeling of robustness. The distance window is very useful. The lens is pretty sharp even at TA. I tried to take a picture to the starry sky and at 20 mm and f/3.5 diaphragm behaved quite well, despite the presence of light Pollution. I think it gives the best of SE on FF (i use it on a Canon 1ds) otherwise on APSC it would behave like a 32-56. The only sore note, as other users have also reviewed, is the very low resistance to flare. About the lens hood I want to point out that it is not good that the 10-22 or 17-40 L, or rather say could also attach itself but with serious difficulty (i had taken the lens hood for the above models but I had problems), so after a little research on the Internet I saw that the lens hood suitable for this lense is the model ew-83ii, and not therefore the model Ew-83e. Conclusion: If you are looking for a lens that allow you to do street, and landscapes, this in my opinion is Ideal. Value for money more than good.

sony_rx100iiiSony RX100 III

Pros: Compactness, colors, RAW shooting, adjustable flash power.

Cons: Battery life; Touch-screen absence with its touch to focus; I do not use the reflex !!!

Opinion: I've bought this compact to have a camera at your fingertips that can shoot in RAW out of pretty decent photos. What do you mean? In my humble opinion, it was a great buy. A car that fits safely into the jacket pocket and when you want to capture something, you pull it out and take home shots with no regrets for the reflex. Obviously, the reflex is always the reflex, but the sony RX100 is more than good. What else counts in photography is the picture in itself, not the detail to be noticed by croaking 100%. Then it depends on what you are pretending; It's normal that I do not use it to go photographic hunting! RnOther colors and good range of ISO usage: Up to 1600 the noise is still contained, at 3200 is quite obvious but enjoyable. You can use it to make a street photo even on a free hand evening. RnI like the flash, which you can give it up, checking its power. RnDue, however, only things I do not like: 1) Absence dTouch screen with its touch to focus; 2) battery life (200/230 shots), but it is a problem solvable or buying an extra battery (which is up to fifteen euro) or carrying a power bank if charging with a USB cable For the rest I can not talk about it well. I read negative reviews where it is said that the latest generation cell phones are superior to this compact; I think people who have written such reviews have no knowledge of cameras and it is better to continue selfie with "tablets." For those who want a good compact that gives you great shots, I would definitely recommend the Sony RX100 mark 3.
