![]() | Canon PowerShot SX740 HS Pros: Handling. Cons: Poor quality of the photos. 20 mpx on a 1/2.3 sensor are truly a catastrophe. Opinion: Tried a week ago at a fair. Save photos to USB and display on 55-inch TV screen. Grainy. Even the full-light ones taken at priority times. We are at the usual: on the classic Sensorino 1/2.3, the maximum of MPX to be strung up is 10.12. no more. To his advantage the fact of having the classic megazoom and being very manageable despite a grip not deep. sent on February 05, 2019 |
![]() | Panasonic Lumix FZ300 Pros: Very high image quality despite the size of the sensor. Constant opening 2.8 for the entire focal length excursion. Superb optics. 4k Video well stabilized. Tropicalization. Cons: Max closing F10 diaphragm. Opinion: Superb camera bridge. Light and quality optics. I read some too much criticism about the sensor size, but the choice of Panasonic in that sense has a motivation. More than valid. With a zoom so powerful and with a constant aperture at 2.8, today the technology does not allow to pair a larger sensor. However (and here the ingenious choice of Panasonic) is attributed to 12MPX and there they manage with an extraordinarily effective Venus processor (even superior to Sony's Bionz). Better 12mpx on a 1/2.3 sensor than 16MPX on the same sensor; Especially if behind there is not a great processor. In fact, by increasing the number of photodiodes, for this kind of bridge, one inevitably ends up reducing the volume by prejudicing the quality of the image. This is a fact dictated by the physical laws. Otherwise we should prefer taking pictures with a smartphone rather than with a quantanche bridge camera. That's why Panasonic's choice for this camera was more than responsible. And that's why the Fz300 is one of the best bridges on the market. I tried to print poster format and the Fz300, when working in a sufficiently bright environment, produces detailed images, sharp and saturated. It goes without it that you can not equate to full frame or even to cameras with larger sensor. But among all those with sensor 1/2.3, this fz300 turns out to be the best in terms of image quality. And that's because it possesses the optimum ratio of MPX/sensor size (I came from a Fujifilm FinePix S1 from 16MPX same sensor and this Fz300 does not make me regret it). I conclude with the fact that I shoot only in RAW for the possibilities of creative intervention without corruption of data. sent on January 09, 2019 |
![]() | Fujifilm FinePix S1 Pros: Image quality. Zoom powerful and fast. Raw files. Tropicalization. Fujinon optics. Stabilization 5axis. Cons: Noise beyond 400 800 ISO. Opinion: Exceptional bridge. build quality and production of very similar images at a reflex level entry. Format prints sharp and detailed poster (also jpeg). saturated colors. optical light. The five-axis stabilization supports a spectacular and powerful zoom and allows you to make hand free pictures even in low light conditions. Useful wifii although on this type of camera is not essential. sent on February 16, 2016 |
