![]() | Fujifilm XF 23mm f/1.4 R Pros: Optical quality, construction quality, manual focus Cons: Lampshed, not wr Opinion: Fantastic optics, the best ever tried on Fuji. Very nice blurry and for a 35mm eq. on aps-c it is not at all obvious, made colors with excellent progressive nuances, three-dimensionality, sharpness even at full opening, correct optically and not via software. I do not consider it either bulky or heavy, the dimensions count only if you want to use the optical viewfinder on x-pro as it covers a small part of the frame, but I do not use the optical viewfinder on x-pro. If I have to find him a flaw, the fact that he's not wr and the usual plastic lampshed unavailable Fuji. The Af is slightly noisy and not as lightning-fast as the f2, but it doesn't give any problems in practical use. sent on December 13, 2020 |
![]() | Fujifilm XF 18mm f/2 R Pros: Size, font Cons: For me nothing Opinion: The 18 f2 and the demonstration of how useless and misleading technical reviews can be on the internet. The loss of sharpness at the edges condemned this street lens which, in size and quality, is excellent, especially when used with b/n. The beautiful metal lampshed accompanying is a notable plus compared to the cheesy plastic ones that Fuji is used to canned, but in general this lens hardly suffers from reflections at all, so you can do without it. For landscapes it is not ideal for the infamous loss of sharpness at the edges, but on the other hand it has an excellent blurry and a very interesting minimum focus distance to "cut out" details. I fell in love with it and didn't give it away even in front of an exchange equal to 35 f2. Old chicken makes good broth. It has that magic of the first goals that the new ones don't have, even with the same brightness. sent on December 07, 2020 |
![]() | Fujifilm XF 27mm f/2.8 Pros: Small, light, crisp Cons: Optical quality, autofocus, focal Opinion: Useful lens to make the machine pocket-sized, it has a nice sharpness, but the merits end here. The optical quality of the pancake lens is all felt if you go beyond the contrast applied by the machine. As a pocket lens I preferred the 18 f2, for me another level for quality (more character), focal (I never got used to the POV of the 27), autofocus (slow, noisy and inaccurate in the case of the 27), diaphragm ring. Sold without regret. sent on December 07, 2020 |
![]() | Fujifilm XF 18-55 f/2.8-4R LM OIS Pros: Construction, lightness, cost Cons: Optical quality, poor AF Opinion: It is a kit lens, well built and bright compared to the competition, but still a kit lens. On the web you can hear all the colors, such as the one that at 18mm is better than the Xf 18 f2. Do not listen to useless tests of pixelpeepers, the image that returns the zoom and flat, that of the 18 has character and three-dimensionality. As a yield it is more like fujicron, although it does not have that sharpness and not even the speed and precision in the AF, precision that indeed leaves enough to be desired. Perhaps it should be added that it is stabilized, but I do not care. Sold without regret to finance 23 1.4. sent on December 07, 2020 |
