![]() | Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Pros: Bright, small, good value for money Cons: Af noisy construction unsound even if fit for purpose Opinion: is a must for all photographers of any kind! I did some tests comparing other lenses 50 mm and that the waste to be a plasticotto that is so small that you lose it in the bag, has a brightness and superb picture quality! wide open is great, and the half-length portraits and photos in general is fine, with a nice blurred. is a lens that never lets you down ... unfortunately the AF is a tractor, but for what it costs, who did not have to buy it?? sent on June 07, 2012 |
![]() | Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II Pros: price, weight, good zoom, stabilizer Cons: Low-contrast colors, minimal equipment Opinion: As a student my budget was limited: D I decided to fall back on a telephoto lens of middle rank, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. for now I have always been satisfied and I never expected such a lens for only 200 €! ok, the AF is noisy, the lens extends far forward and this can often be uncomfortable and the focus ring is not very accurate, but it has other positive qualities that far outweigh the cons! AF is really fast, and some shooting sports was amazing, in my view, zoom up to 250 mm is remarkable and very versatile, and the stabilizer does a great job. I tried lenses like the 70-200 f4 IS and the comparison is totally unfair, but then again, to be a poor lens from 200 € (because if we talk about camera equipment, EUR 200 trifle!) Is superb! I still do not fathom the fact that canon does not provide the lens hood and case (supplied only for the L series, I think ...) but ok, with a few euro if they can find on the internet ... the only obvious flaw of this lens is the color rendering, unfortunately you can not ask for everything! I have to say that in any case, with a minimum post production, the results are more than excellent! sent on May 08, 2012 |
![]() | Canon 40D Pros: Gust, immediate commands, sharpness, AF and robustness. Cons: Display by definition bad Opinion: My first SLR, which I'm in love! I noticed the progress compared to the previous 30D, I've got to try ... The body is robust and perfectly manageable although it is quite big, maybe it's a little heavy but I do not see a problem, those who buy a camera like this if you have weight problems? the burst is wonderful to be a camera in 2007, and also the AF is very fast in my opinion (ok not compare with other monsters of speed, but we must always bear in mind that just left was a bomb, which still works today like a gem!) unfortunately mine has suffered from some problems of hardware that I was unfortunately forced to unplanned maintenance, but do not consider it a defect, because it can happen to anyone. In conclusion, it is an excellent machine, which gave me great satisfaction. to be a semi-pro is well worth what it costs, a house of Canon amazing product! sent on May 02, 2012 |
