![]() | Tamron SP 17-50mm f/2.8 XR Di II LD Pros: Cost, at constant aperture zoom range, good sharpness in optimal lighting conditions Cons: Marked lowering of quality in the most difficult lighting conditions, noisy and not very precise AF, vignetting marked with filters ND Opinion: Objective paid just over 200 euros, good quality when used during the day and if used at night or in backlighting the quality deteriorates sharply making it look like the photos almost fuorifuoco despite the focus is correct. Used in tandem with D7200 it provides a great focal range with a weight that are surprisingly transportable, if one is looking for the absolute quality we must look for other targets in other price ranges (such a sensor worthy goals of a certain range unfortunately). The vote, 8/10, is the average of a price to 10/10 and an absolute quality 6/10. I personally would not recommend it if used in tandem with very dense sensors such as latest nikon. sent on October 08, 2016 |
![]() | Tokina AT-X 11-20mm f/2.8 PRO DX Pros: Clarity, openness, agility and ability to mount filters, cost, quality construction, very low distortion and aberrations Cons: Light flare with strong side light, lack of housing Opinion: Lens bought about a month ago to about 500 €. I was torn between this, Sigma 8-16 and 10-24 nikon but I opted for this given the possibility of mounting the filters, the aperture to 2.8 and a good focal range, all this at a price equal to the sigma and lower to Nikon. Build quality is excellent (although I fall on the rocks did not report any corruption if not a few scratches to the lens hood), as well as control of the distortions and aberrations. The sharpness remains constant with peaks between f / 4 and f / 8 with drop in quality from f / 11. The ability to mount the screw filters is definitely a strong point even if the diameter of 82mm it raises the cost and decreases the availability. As it regards the flare is present only with strong side light but nothing particularly evident or disturbing. The focal range is good and allows for excellent coverage in most situations although 2mm probably would have been useful. absolutely recommended lens unless you do not necessity of very small focal lengths (for this aspect can not compete with the course sigma). rating 9.5 sent on March 10, 2016 |
![]() | Nikon D7200 Pros: Build quality, excellent price-performance ratio, excellent stability at high ISO, autofocus quick and successful implementation with Wi-Fi Cons: It lacks tilting screen Opinion: Fully satisfied with the purchase. Has very little to envy of professional bodies if not being an APS-C (with associated advantages and disadvantages). Autofocus very fast and effective even under the most difficult light. Excellent build quality as well as excellent are the feelings that once in hand. Straordnaria resistance to high ISO that put it on the top position among the various APS-C, comparable even to some FF medium-high range. Also useful implementation of the Wi-Fi system that allows shots even remotely by phone as well as a full sharing of files with mobile devices. The only drawback the lack of a display tilting even if a defect is negligible considering the overall quality of the device. Rating 9.5 sent on December 30, 2015 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S DX 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR II Pros: Zoom range, ease of use, ability to carry around a single lens while traveling Cons: Expensive than the competition, distortion at extreme focal Opinion: Bought a few months ago and used for a trip to America and Mexico has not given me any problems or constructive focus. The build quality as well as the sharpness of the picture is not maximum but could also be in a lens with a zoom range that was born to minimize the camera kit to take back. Slightly expensive if bought new, it introduces distortion and vignetting at wide apertures and / or focal extreme, easily fixed in post. Goal still very comfortable and '' all-rounder ''. Fully satisfied with my purchase while recognizing certain limits in the construction, the cost and the quality optics. sent on December 28, 2015 |
