![]() | Nikon AF-S 85mm f/1.8 G Pros: value for money, IQ Cons: aberrations Opinion: An engraved optics, of great quality from edge to edge, and at all openings. The cost is low and worth all the money it costs. The only mole, it suffers abundantly from aberrations, which are not always easy to remove. Used with D3, D800, D750 and on all has always given its best. It may have a more performing AF engine, but in general all 85s don't have an extraordinary AF speed. sent on April 15, 2021 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8 G ED Pros: overall quality, AF speed Cons: flare, weight/size, quality reduction at the edges, zoom ring that has hardened over time, LACK OF VR Opinion: Excellent optics in general. With machines like the D800 you start to notice the weight of the years, especially moving towards the edges of the image. In general, the exterior construction is excellent and robust, and the overall look of the image is more than great. As written in the cons, it suffers flare, weight and size are far from contained and in recent periods the zoom ring has hardened (a problem that seems to be present on this model). sent on April 15, 2021 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR Pros: sharpness, contrast, af, vr Cons: distortion at 18mm, it provided no bag hood, variable maximum aperture (but you know when you buy it) Opinion: A great all-rounder to be combined with machines right as my ex d3100. Sharpness and contrast are at the level of the latest Nikon lenses. Af VR really fast and I found ottimo.rnTra her against distortion at 18mm, the fact that Nikon optics provide this bag without it he hood and the maximum aperture variable (but these figures with a few fixed, of bright or fixed aperture is not nothing) .rnCmq I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a handyman to carry around without changing optics. sent on June 08, 2015 |
