![]() | Nikon AF-S DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR Pros: Handyman luggage, stabilizer, zoom range, low chromatic aberration. Cons: Low light, low sharpness to maximum aperture, vignetting and distortion at 18mm. Opinion: I have this lens for the past three years so I know him well, I bought used because the 18-55 I was broke so I decided to make something "better" .rnInfine better I noticed unfortunately only the zoom range. At first I liked it but because I had never tried other professional goals (or simply midrange). But now I feel the need to change it. Returns photo with very dull colors and VR do not understand how it works ... sometimes even shooting at 1/20 and the picture is perfect, exact same picture taken at 1/100 and micromossa, almost as if he worked in the opposite certain momenti.rnIn Ultimately, however, is the typical lens entry-level where all pass like it or not, great travel and closing diaphragms between 5.6 and 9 gives clear pictures. Slight distortion and vignetting at 18mm but correctable with a click in Ps. For the amount that you pay there is not even to complain effectively (lately is the new 150 euro in my area), obviously for those who haveRCA to continuously improve their photos eventually aims to replace or buy directly other goals from the beginning (16-85mm or 18-140mm that I have not tried it yet but the reviews seem much better than 18-105) .rnTirando the money is the lens to start more or less does everything so great for those who approach for the first time in the world of photography (excellent price / zoom range with VR). sent on October 14, 2015 |
![]() | Sigma APO 70-200mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM Pros: f2.8 throughout the zoom range, price, speed AF. Cons: Heavy (but with this type of optics is obvious), the coating loses color, heavy problems of back-focus, rings that rotate with respect to the contrary nikon but there becomes a habit. Opinion: I had this light for a period of about 4 months and then I resold for a simple reason ... unsolvable problem of back-focus. At the time I had a Nikon D5100 so I could adjust the autofocus as I would now with the D7000. But despite the assistance has resulted in the problem I was not solved. Unfortunately, we must admit that as optical start to feel the years, in fact ensue type 3/4 new versions even if there is to admit that in fact aging technology is much slower than for example the SLR. Minimum distance of focusing too high (1.8 meter are very many and not realize it since the first shots). Undoubtedly low price now that with 300 euro you take home. Obviously to buy only if you are in "monetary shortage" and you have a DSLR where you can correct the problem of back-focus because from what I understand almost 70% of the models suffers. Needless to say, the absence of the stabilizer is felt but for the amount that it is insane to demand it. Vote7 for the ultrasonic motor and the price calculated for the fact that it is a fixed f2.8 (the Nikon motorized version is twice what af-s and if you're lucky three times). If I had another chance to buy it do not know if it wouldnt, right now I aim to nikon 80-200 or if its just the Tamron. sent on April 04, 2015 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.8 G Pros: Sharpness, lightness, brightness, quality / price ratio Cons: Alberazioni strong chromatic and just for now Opinion: I bought this lens a couple of months ago and I wanted to try it well before giving my opinion. Well what to say, I was used to the 18-105 so my only comment is WOW !! The sharpness of detail that gives this lens is incredible. The use of dx becomes so great for portraiture but in reality I am not hurt either to take some pictures with details of naturalistic / urban. Unfortunately I do not know if it's just in my model but I found strong alberazioni color that I can not even correct in post production (eg: I took a picture with a stream and spray water and foam are annoying purple reflections). But this does not detract from the fact that it is an excellent lens, despite its price in the eyes of an amateur like me give satisfaction as if it were a professional lens. rnrnPs: Now many say a blasphemy but in my opinion in the absence of a lens dedicated "macro" in your kit, this is a good stopgap. sent on January 13, 2015 |
![]() | Nikon D5100 Pros: Great 16.2MP sensor, swiveling display high resolution, good resistance to high ISO, compactness Cons: Absence me af internal engine, lack of weather sealing, no hot keys to set the various parameters (Ex: ISO), compactness Opinion: I purchased this machine as my first reflex staff, who say ... WOW !!! Obviously for people like me who makes the leap from compact (or even smartphone) to a reflex as this will remain stunned, especially if learns to use not only in automatic shooting in jpeg (for ste robe tantovale remain on a compact). rnCe I have for two years now and I have had the opportunity to compare it with other reflex of my acquaintances. I only say that there is a reason why the sensor DX d5100 this was and still is one of the best. To let you know if with other SLR noise starts to be a problem already at 400 iso, with this 800 was still quiet. Moreover 16mp are absolutely few, flanked with a 50mm F1.8 details are captured perfectly. Portroppo the absence of internal af engine is being widely felt if you want to switch to other optical (usually AF lenses cost almost half of those AF-S). The "compact" I mentioned that in both the pro against because the dimensions are great forthe journey but if you mount such a 70-200 2.8 as I did you immediately notice that the set is totally biased towards the goal. rnNel complex still remains an excellent machine for those entering the world of SLR and does not want to spend a huge amount. Each menu has explanations and screen swivel pemetterà you to take pictures in live view unthinkable with other SLR (or at least not very good on the first try ... even second and third). Consigliata.rnrnPs: to be reckoned with in my opinion the high-resolution display that peremtte to see pictures in preview clearly. In a canon of a friend of mine (the 1100D I think) seemed to look a cathode ray tube, the pictures were all pixelated and did not make it a good idea from the preview then always seemed to be redone. sent on December 22, 2014 |
