Tamron 25-200mm f/2.8-5.6 Di III VXD G2 Pros: Weight price Performance Cons: For the moment nothing Opinion: Given that I am an amateur photographer. Replaced the Sony 24-105 with the Tamron 25-200mm f/2.8-5.6 III VXD G2. Impressions, mounted on Sony a7C, mainly for travel, lighter than the Sony and with a great advantage over the longer focal length. Sharpness already at full aperture in all focal lengths. I have no evidence of chromatic aberrations or distortions, even in backlight no flare. For the moment more than satisfied. I am waiting for other considerations from those who are certainly more experienced. sent on 07 Febbraio 2026 |

Tamron 150-500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD Pros: All Cons: little nothing Opinion: Giovax, I've been using it for two years for birdlife, and I've never seen a speck of dust, which I can't say the same about when I had the sigma 150-600 sport. I find it very sharp with AF more than excellent. I don't understand where yours absorbs all this dust. I have a friend who also took it with me, and he doesn't have your problems with the optics in question either. sent on 13 Agosto 2025 |
