Cuoco principalmente per passione anche se ora è diventata una professione (ho un piccolissimo ristorante da 12 coperti che gestisco da solo... cuoco, cameriere, lavapiatti, ecc. ecc.).
La fotografia è stata sempre presente, in maniera amatoriale. La transizione da rullino al digitale mi ha allontanato ma ora la scimmia della fotografia è tornata, quindi sempre in maniera amatoriale mi diverto a scattare, sperando di migliorare...
