Tokina AF 70-210mm f/4-5.6 Pros: Cost-effective and robust Cons: Excessive softness at large openings Opinion: I'm an amateur. Bought used at ridiculous price. I've used it on Pentax APSC camera. Sharpness from F11 / F13, after 160mm it loses further, especially at infinity. It has macro functionality that reduces the minimum focusing distance to 1.1 meters. Sensitive to flare and backlight. Chromatic aberazations present but not excessive. Good colour rendering and contrast. For the ridiculous price at which I bought it I am satisfied. Because once the limits are known, it can be used with good results. However I wouldn't recommend it. sent on 15 Aprile 2024 |

Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 Pros: Sharpness, lightness Cons: Noisy AF Opinion: Premise: bought used at a very affordable price. I am a non-professional amateur. Too bad the noisy AF motor. Otherwise, it's a great goal. Sharpness, lightness and good blur. This model does not have optical stabilizer. The pairing with my alfa3000 (APS-C) for landscapes and portraits is great. sent on 04 Dicembre 2023 |
