![]() | Viltrox AF 27mm f/1.2 Pro Pros: Excellent build quality, PRO-level tropicalization, sharpness, f1.2 focal length bokeh, Type C port for upgrades, autofocus, value for money, superlative image quality! Cons: No stabilization, weight 560g, pvc paracle, vignetting in some particular situations where they are not corrected in the room. Opinion: Viltrox AF 27mm f/1.2 XF Pro is an exceptional, high-performance, high-quality, fast, silent, precise and above all beautiful lens (plastic lens hood but never mind...) ... Very good quality metal body... HOYA lenses all at a price that, for heaven's sake, is not "gifted" but is absolutely excellent for a product that surprises expectations without doubt... I definitely recommend it! sent on December 29, 2023 |
![]() | Fujifilm X-H2 Pros: – high resolution – excellent image quality – fast and precise autofocus with wide coverage – excellent burst speed – excellent quality construction and finish – body and lenses protected from dust and water – convenient and easily accessible main external controls – excellent electronic viewfinder – good quality and brightness lenses – excellent film simulation mode and color rendering – effective stabilization – simple and clear menus (see defects, however) Cons: – white balance not always accurate – some configuration options in the menus difficult to find – lack of a built-in flash – some large and heavy lenses such as fullframe Opinion: First of all, a great feeling of quality of the camera body that makes use very pleasant to the touch and also to the eye. The autofocus is excellent and with the new processor it has made a significant upgrade. Great quality oled viewfinder... really good! At first impression the 40mp are at the limit even if I must say that I expected much worse... In reality, up to 3200ISO noise is handled excellently. The jpeg quality of the fuji, in combination with the film profiles, remains fully and is always fantastic. The stabilization is remarkable but coming from an XS10 I didn't perceive a big difference... we were already at excellent levels! The battery seems very performing (here I detected a super upgrade...:) ). In terms of weight we are at the limit but acceptable (the lenses are much lighter and less expensive than in the full frame world ... I think that going further would lead to the field of "full-frame" and we would therefore lose the big weight advantage of the APSC world while maintaining the economic advantage (much lower body/lens prices...)! Excellent construction and finish: the X-H2 is well built and finished, made of magnesium alloy and protected from dust and water. Excellent ergonomics and controls: all controls are easily understandable and reachable even with an eye to the viewfinder. The only note is the suppression of the lever to switch the focus from single to continuous and manual replaced by a much less practical button. Very good menu: they are simple and quite clear, except for some options that are difficult to find. Viewfinder Excellent: it has excellent brightness and resolution. Allows you to use menus and control exposure adjustments. Very good screen: the resolution is adequate for viewing menus and reviewing photos. Like all screens, it is hardly visible outdoors during the day. The function to select the AF points by touch is very convenient even with the eye on the viewfinder. Optimal autofocus: it is fast and fast even for moving subjects and ensures wide coverage of the frame. In burst shooting at 15 fg/s it has proven to be effective even if it is better to use the narrow area. Also great for video shooting. Very good exposure: it is excellent in good light even if in situations of strong contrast it favors the lights (excellent if you work in raw) producing jpegs that are difficult to read in the shadows. Good white balance: In automatism it has almost always proven to be correct, except in artificial light where, in some cases, it gives too warm results that need to be corrected. Excellent image quality: especially for resolution and definition, but also for noise containment at high sensitivities, especially when using raw and converting photos with CaptureOne. Excellent burst: 15 fg/s in raw plus jpeg are a lot for a 40 Mpx APS sensor. Great video: Shoots 8K, 6.2K, and Cine 4K videos. The socket for an external microphone, for headphones and the HDMI output for an external monitor or recorder are useful. Good battery: the autonomy has improved and you can reach about 540 shots and 720 in energy saving mode. The price is appropriate to its qualities. What can I say... definitely recommended! Well done Fujifilm! sent on December 19, 2023 |
![]() | Viltrox AF 75mm f/1.2 Pro Pros: Performance, Opening, Lens Construction, Price! Cons: Weight, plastic hood and I would say little else. Opinion: I bought the 75 1.2 after thinking for a long time on the unknown weight of the optics as doing especially street becomes a bit penalizing ... In reality the satisfaction is so high that at the moment I have not had second thoughts ... With a camera body with stabilization it becomes a fantastic lens that compared to the price becomes exceptional! Highly recommended! sent on August 10, 2023 |
![]() | Fujifilm X-S10 Pros: Camera body weight + Well-run-in APS-C sensor + IBIS in a compact body + Comfortable grip + Exceptional quality/price ratio + 360° LCD monitor + Fujifilm film simulations Cons: Absence of tropicalization, a single memory slot, d-pad control can be improved (small thing ...), optical viewfinder 1024 x 768 px sufficient but improvable with 2.36 million points and a refresh rate of 100fps + programmability dials can be improved Opinion: I must say that in this price range, after a few years from the release, this is still the camera body to buy today! Its value for money is still the absolute choice for those who want to spend € 1000 ... It is difficult to find the excellent stabilization in the camera body for this price range ... The lightness of the system makes it the perfect camera body for the street... I would say that it is the ideal camera for amateur photographers and a good second camera body for PROs... Fuijfilm really showed off an exceptional mix... Highly recommended! sent on April 14, 2023 |
