![]() | Lowepro SlingShot 202 AW Pros: Plenty of room for a reasonable size bag. Can take it on aircraft with a roll on cabin bag as well. Easy to get to gear when swung to the front. Easy to keep secure in unsecure areas by swinging and carrying under arm Cons: Weight carried on one shoulder means back pain after a long trip. Opinion: I carry a Canon EOS 70D body, Canon 70-200 f4L, 100 f2.8L macro, 35 f2 prime, EF-S 15-85 and EF-S 10-18 lenses plus spare battery, wired remote shutter release plus wireless remote shutter release plus 2 polarising filters and 2 ND filters, an iPad Air and a monopod. Can't fit a Tamron 150-600 in as well though. It's been a great bag but am about to upgrade to a ProRunner BP 350 for more room plus even carrying load in both shoulders. sent on December 10, 2017 |
![]() | Canon EF 35mm f/2 IS USM Pros: Sharp, IS is very good, close focus 24cm, quiet USM focus Cons: Bright points of light show slight coma at image corners, a bit expensive. Opinion: I use this lens on a 600D crop frame camera so it is 56mm to me. This lens takes very sharp images even at f2. The 8 point sun stars it produces look great. The IS has allowed me to take sharp images hand held down to 0.8sec. Although it is a lot quieter to focus than the smaller 35mm f2 the USM motor still can be heard when focusing. This is a great street photography lens. sent on May 01, 2013 |
